HOW DO YOU ACHIEVE FLAVORS IN COFFEE?

It’s pure talent… And it starts on the plantation. The roasted coffee beans you know are obtained from the seeds of fruits from certain Coffee species. Ripe coffee fruits are picked, processed, and dried. Then they’re roasted to varying degrees, depending on the desired flavor. And that’s it. You won’t find any additional flavorings in SIMPLo coffee.

The aroma and flavor descriptors on our packaging and website are meant to bring you closer to the nuances in each coffee. But we only give you the three most perceptible features. What’s beyond that… Make it yours. Create your own coffee journey. Our notes are just a path drawn on your map of flavors.

 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COFFEE?

Store it in chilled place, away from the sun. Hold it together. Whole beans in an airtight container will do much better than ground coffee. Due to zip lock and the material we used, SIMPLo packaging is more than good at keeping your coffee well stored. Hang out with the right friends. Coffee pulls the aromas out of its surroundings, sooo… Might be a good idea to avoid storing your beans near odorous foods or spices. Also, what did you keep in that airtight container before? Cause there’s a fair chance that you’re gonna taste it in your coffee.

 

WHAT IS SEASONAL COFFEE?

Once in a while, we’re letting our Head Roaster go a little crazy. Believe it or not, his definition of party-time is to boogie with coffee flavors. That’s when we get extraordinary seasonal coffee. Always in limited editions. And it’s always a hit.

We don’t have to tell you that fruits taste the best in particular seasons. Well, coffee is a fruit too, so the same stands for it. We SIMPLo happen to know where and when to look for the best harvest. And that’s how you get the seasonal flavors explosion in your cup. Kaboom!

 

IS SIMPLO COFFEE GLUTEN FREE?

There is definitely no gluten involved in SIMPLo roasting process. We also did an extra research among our sourcing team and you should be all right. Saying that, we can’t give you 100% assurance that the coffee beans weren’t exposed to gluten somewhere on their way to our coffee roaster. SIMPLo is not „Certified gluten-free.”

 

ARE YOUR COFFEES FAIR TRADE CERTIFIED?

If there is one thing that we’re serious about, it’s our sourcing and roasting practices. We develop sincere, long-term partnerships with our coffee producers. Starting at the farm, the whole way to your cup is a transparent supply chain. However, we don’t have it on paper. It’s just who we are.

 

DO YOU HAVE DECAF?

Yes, we do! It’s called Pressure Drop, and that name comes with a promise. Bakery aromas — biscuits, vanilla & cocoa — are meant to remind you of cozy, family times. Balanced flavors spread a melting vibe all around. Fix yourself a comfort drink with a French press or make an espresso for a more intense experience. Whatever you choose — you’re about to drop the pressure.

 

WHAT BREW METHODS DO YOU RECOMMEND?

In our SIMPLo family, we’re pretty big on freedom. While you can find suggested methods of brewing in every coffee description, it’s our dream to see you experimenting and sharing your impressions with us. Don’t limit yourself. Each roast performs differently in particular brewing method. If you like it, then it’s right.

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

It can be! When you’re purchasing coffee or merchandise the shipping cost depends on weight and destination of your order. It’s added at the checkout but you can dial it down to zero by purchasing products over a certain price.
Poland: Shipping is free for orders over 119 PLN.
Other EU countries: Shipping is free for orders over 89 EUR.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

It’s a fair chance that we do! Currently, SIMPLo webshop is shipping to all EU countries.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We’re always properly caffeinated so we move fast! The moment your order is shipped, you will get an email notification with a tracking link.

SIMPLo ships via UPS or InPost Monday to Friday.

Please, pay attention to national holidays — they may affect the duration of shipping. If it’s not the case and you haven’t heard from us in 48 hours since placing the order, please contact us at support@simploworld.com

 

CAN I BUY SIMPLO ON THE SPOT OR PICK UP MY ORDER?

Certainly. We’ll send the invoice via email once your SIMPLo order is confirmed.

If you want to return your purchase, you can do it for 14 calendar days from the date you received it. In this case, please contact us at support@simploworld.com, fill in the return form and put it in the parcel. If you’re based in Poland check out free InPost returns.
Your money will be returned within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the package.

Remember that we accept returns only when the goods show no signs of use. Please, pack them carefully to protect from damage or destruction during transport.
